Transimission plugin cannot accept local .torrent files

Description
You might say "Why would you want to do this when transmission has a watched folder?"
I want to take advantage of the automatic moving features of flexget and automatic removal of torrents when they are done.
The Transmission plugin works as expected on rss feeds
Let me know If I am doing something wrong, and this is not actually a defect.

Hmm, seems like this should work. Have you tried upgrading to latest versions of transmissionrpc and transmission?

#transmissionrpc 0.8 is already the active version in easy-install.pth

Not sure what's going on. Try to use --debug mode to see if we get anything more helpful. I'll try to install transmission and test if we don't figure something out from that.

I think I found a problem
add_uri(uri, **kwargs)
from
http://packages.python.org/transmissionrpc/reference/transmissionrpc.html?highlight=add#transmissionrpc.Client.add_uri
doesn't take in a timeout value?
in line http://flexget.com/browser/trunk/flexget/plugins/plugin_transmission.py#L337 there is a timeout value. Is that correct?
I don't know if that has anything to do with it though...

Seeing the same problem but when trying to download a torrent (not reading from files). Issue seemed to haves started after upgrading to transmission 2.42, transmissionrpc 0.8 and flexget 1.0r2743.
